We work out our carriage charges based on a flat rate method, so depending on where the order is being delivered you pay a flat rate for the complete order.

From time to time we may be out of certain items that customers order, on these occasions we will make contact with the customer usually via email to let them know of the delay. If the delay is unacceptable either the item or the complete order maybe cancelled by the customer and a full refund given.
